JEFF PACHECO, CSM, CEAS I, CEO, Falcon Safety Group

Jeff holds an associate’s degree from Carl Sandburg College. He is a Certified Safety Manager and is an authorized OSHA outreach trainer for general industry. He holds a certification in Human Resource Management from Black Hawk College. He also is an instructor of the DuPont STOP Behavior Based Training Program and is certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Jeff has nearly 20 years of experience in leadership, including work as a corporate safety director, human resource director and corporate lead trainer while working with Fortune 200 companies. Jeff’s unique blend of experience and education has led him to help companies save millions of dollars over the years by instituting proven best practices programs which helped improve attitudes, behaviors and cultures. Under Jeff’s leadership, companies have been recognized by the National Safety Council and numerous insurance organizations.

JOAN PACHECO, CEAS I, COO, Falcon Safety Group

Joan earned a B.S. degree from Bradley University. She also holds a certification as an Ergonomics Assessment Specialist from the Back School of Atlanta. With more than six years of experience as a certified personal trainer and certified fitness instructor through both the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the YMCA, she also holds a trainer status through the YMCA of the USA. Joan’s background in health and fitness along with her ergonomics education gives companies the unique opportunity to help their employees to improve their overall health and wellness as well as to help companies save by instituting effective wellness programs for both individuals and groups.

Scott holds an associate’s degree in fire science from Madison Area Technical College in Madison, WI, as well as holding certifications in HazMat Awareness, HazMat Operations, Technician A and B along with HazMat Incident Command. Scott is currently a station captain with the Galesburg, IL Fire Department and is a Fire Science and First Responder/EMT instructor at Galesburg Sr. High School with Galesburg School District 205. Scott also applies his training and knowledge as our training coordinator with Falcon Safety Group, LLC. Scott is a four year veteran of the United States Navy where he proudly served during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm



 Chris Wildrick


Chris has over 25 years of progressive business experience in the industries of manufacturing and legal services.  She is an accomplished Human Resources leader and strategic business partner with proven success designing and delivering programs to support corporate business objectives and drive results.  Throughout her career, she has worked with senior leaders, applying her extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law in the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures and systems development.  She is experienced in the areas of employee handbook development, job analysis and job descriptions, talent acquisition, training development and execution, performance management, on-boarding and state/federal audit compliance.  Chris holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
